Shipping & Delivery
We stock a wide selection of products. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (if ordered before 1.00pm GMT then same working day), although 90% of orders leave us the next working day, we do from time to time take up to 5 working days if we are unable to ship a product as normal.
If a signature is required upon delivery of your order, if you are not in at the time delivery is attempted, a card will be left and you can then re-arrange delivery either by phone or online, on a day that suits you. We do close at the weekends and most bank / public holidays so any orders placed at these times will not be processed until the next working day.
- Delivery we issue tracking numbers, subject to selected shipping service, if tracking is available on the service you select from our shipping menu.

Returns & Replacements
Changing your mind – under the distance seller law you have the right to return products within 14 days if for whatever reason you no longer want the products. All items must be returned in their original UNOPENED boxes with all their original contents.
Returning item due to a fault:
If the packaging that your products arrives in is damaged, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL and inform the delivery driver right away. If there is a problem with your products after you have taken the delivery, please contact us at email@example.com
Please do not return any items to us without contacting us by email first, we will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions, return address and returns note or replacement. Any refunds will be refunded using the original payment method as soon as possible but please do allow up to 14 working days. Due to the nature of some of our products which we do not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt.
We can only accept orders via our website or via phone. If you would like to place orders for trade use then please contact us direct.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We require payment in advance for all orders and orders and not shipped without full payment being cleared. If you find a problem with your payment the please contact us right away.
Prices on our website are inclusive of all taxes and charges and shipping is the only additional payment required for an order. Some orders attract free shipping and this will be clearly labelled at checkout should your order qualify for free shipping.
From time to time we run promotions however all promotions are at our discretion and we reserve the right to cancel any order should we be unwilling for complete the order.

All competitions we run are subject to change at any point without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, change or remove a competition at anytime for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to use the most cost effective shipping method when shipping free or prize wins. Note: we will not always use the method chosen by the customer at the time of choosing their prize.
